New Feature Takes Clients' Search Capabilities of Government Contracts To New Levels

New search feature incorporates additional filtering options that help clients pinpoint federal contracts matching their specific requirements.

Bethesda, MD October 21, 2011-
Carroll Publishing, the authority in providing government decision maker contact information and department structural changes, unveils its latest feature that enhances clients' searching capabilities of federal government contracts.

Using its existing feature-rich search system, clients start searches to find federal contracts by selecting the contracts' funding department, entering a contractor name, selecting a product/service category or selecting an industry NAICS code. The new search feature includes three filtering options that allow users to further target searches for federal contracts.

The first filter option is the "Contractor Type" which allows the user to select from a list of twenty-two contractor identifiers such as 8(a) Program Participant, Emerging Small Business, Woman-Owned Business, Veteran-Owned Business and Minority Owned Business. The "Place of Performance" filter option allows the user to select from any or all of the U.S. states, territories and congressional districts where the contracts are being performed. The final filter option is "Dollar Range" which allows the user to find contracts that are within a specific range of contract values.

"The new search-filtering capability makes searching among the many federal contracts in our database easier and more efficient for clients to find and pinpoint those that match their specific requirements," said Bill Wade, Carroll Publishing's President and Chief Operating Officer. "We constantly challenge ourselves to innovate better ways of delivering our comprehensive government information in an easy-to-use format to save our clients' time in achieving their objectives. They can always rely on us to go above and beyond meeting their government research needs and help them win more business in this competitive market."
